The Schoolhouse Hotel, Trademark Collection By Wyndham, is a 1912 high school converted into a 5-star hotel in White Sulphur Springs. Guest rooms are named after classroom subjects like Sociology or Home Economics, with original class lists from the 1950s and 1960s used as decor. The former gymnasium has been repurposed into an event space, and the building's history is preserved through memorabilia throughout the property.

On-site restaurant The Varsity Club serves local cuisine for lunch and dinner, with options for vegetarian and gluten-free diets.
