Accommodations

Longneck Manor offers five private villas and a Giraffe Suite, each with a private patio and separate living space. The villas include a kitchenette, tiled floors, and an outdoor fireplace on the terrace. The Giraffe Suite provides floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the giraffe enclosure and a small feeding window for direct interaction.

Animal Encounters

Overnight guests receive guided, hands-on experiences with white rhinos, giraffes, and Bruno the two-toed sloth. During the encounter, guests can pet the rhinos and feed the giraffes from buckets of food. The animal care specialists share information about each animal's behavior and the sanctuary's conservation work.

Location & Nearby Attractions

The hotel sits 44 km from Enchanted Rock State Natural Area, a popular hiking and climbing destination. Within 4 miles, guests can visit Mendelbaum Cellars and Wedding Oak Winery for tastings. Downtown Fredericksburg, with its restaurants and shops, is a 10-minute drive from the property.
