The resort houses the largest spa in South Florida, featuring an exclusive Thermal Hydrotherapy Circuit inspired by European wellness traditions. Additional spa amenities include a sauna, steam room, hot tub, and an igloo room for contrast therapy. A wellness concierge assists guests in personalizing their retreat, with treatments ranging from neuromuscular therapy to advanced sleep therapies.

Dining

Tambourine Room by Tristan Brandt holds a Michelin star and serves modern classic French cuisine using local, seasonal ingredients. The Strand Bar & Grill offers oceanfront dining with floor-to-ceiling windows and an outdoor patio for seasonal dishes. The Corner Store provides fresh juices and light fare, while Cabana service delivers cocktails and snacks directly to the beach.

Over 40 group fitness classes are offered daily, including spin, yoga, swimming drills, and high-intensity training. The on-site rock-climbing wall and a cycling and walking trail surrounding the property provide additional workout options. Four pools and four hot tubs are available, including a rooftop pool for lap swimming.
